Shipping Policy
We ship exclusively within Rwanda using trusted local couriers. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
Delivery times vary by location: Kigali City (1-2 business days) | Upcountry (2-4 business days). A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on orders over 100,000 FRW.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, contact us at dottieyz01@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damage & Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
